Not coming to scheduled appointments may significantly limit the chances of achieving optimum outcome of your difficulties.  It is also a disservice to other patients who may wish to be seen earlier.  A late cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time not including evenings or weekends) has similar consequences.  An appointment is essentially a reservation of the doctor's time for you.  Therefore:

A fee of $50 will be charged for a No Show or Late Cancellation of any type of return visit.

We understand that there are occasional unavoidable situations that may lead to the No Show or Late Cancellation.  However, consistent application of this policy is the only way to reinforce the importance of your care.  It is our hope that you will come to value the care you receive enough to understand the need for this requirement.
